Dosage

• 1 tablet daily, with or after a meal
• Or as directed by a healthcare professional

Cautions

• Contains sulfites. Do not take this product if allergic to any of its composition
• Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
• Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice
• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
• Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children
