Dosage
  • Children: 1-3 years: 1 capsule/day
  • Children (3+ years) and Adults (incl. pregnant & breastfeeding women): 1-2 capsules twice daily
  • Or as directed by a healthcare professional
How to Administer
  • For young children who cannot chew (< 5 years): puncture the capsule with a toothpick or fork then squeeze the content onto food, a teaspoon, or directly into mouth
  • For older children who can chew (> 5 years) and adults: chew capsule whole
Cautions
  • Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
  • If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner
  • Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
  • Contains sucralose, sulfites and soya bean products. Do not take this product if allergic to any of its composition
  • Do not use if cap seal is broken
  • Keep out of reach of children
